Customer Service Plan
Philip Cristallo Photography is committed to continually improving service excellence and customer satisfaction. Clients expect to receive friendly and professional care.
We aim to create an environment where the client knows that their satisfaction is the most important thing to us.
Our service to clients and the general community reflects the Business vision and mission of providing top-level customer services.
To meet high-quality service standards we will:
While Philip has 8 years of lighting and sound experience during his time touring with bands from the like of Lady Gaga to Weird Al Yankovic and despite his close working relationships with Videographer's and media groups in Canberra Philip does not feel confident in the service and cannot viably quote a reasonable price on work in this field
Philip's personal belief is to never capture sadness or memories that might upset people for this reason the below will not be shot
Philip will cull and delete any image that may not reach quality of approval, any photos that may portray or look off Philip Cristallo reserves the right to delete the image before providing any image to a client.
Please Note if a client has hired Philip to cover a public event and your photo is used in their media without your permission please contact their media team, if photos are used by Phil that you do not wish to be used contact us via the contact page with a link to the photo (allow up to 3 weeks for us to find a replacement shot)
While we primarily service Canberra we can try to arrange work in surrounding areas such as Sydney, Gold Coast or South Coast but the cost may increase due to accommodation and travel
Due to Covid 19 travel will not be viable until restrictions are eased and things go back to normal
The man behind the business is a regular nerdy guy at heart, as a 90s kid I grew up in a time where technology was leaping ahead, games were imaginative, anime was just breaking into western cultures and there was this growth that went with all that.
but than again that describes nearly everyone from the 90s so here is who your hiring
I live by the mantra
“A Photographer does not leave regret behind in a job, but good memories.”
